Leading studies in neuroscience and cognitive behaviour indicate that approximately 95% of our mind operates at an unconscious level *, while only 5% represents our conscious mind.

The answer is simple: the plan adapts to you. Clinical Hypnosis is a fantastic tool for accelerating results, but it is not an obligation. If you feel more comfortable carrying out your treatment exclusively through Integrative Therapy, that is perfectly valid and effective. Our space is one of total respect for your preferences, and our role is to guide the process in the way that brings you the greatest security and peace of mind.
